Somali President wishes Muslims all over the world a happy Eid Al-Adha


Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo congratulated the Somali people on the blessed occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

The President described this special holiday as a symbol of compassion, protection and unity for Muslims.

“These holy days are great days for our religion and culture. It is a day in which thousands of our citizens turn to each in support and comfort, perform the pilgrimage to Hajj and pray to God for happiness, prosperity and good for all.”

The President also congratulated our heroes in the Armed Forces on their efforts in battlefield, the success they have achieved in their efforts to liberate the country from terrorists.

“We are celebrating our heroes of the Armed Forces as they liberate more and more areas from the terrorist militias where the enemy has been harming our people, and has been harming the people of Somalia.”

President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo ended by wishing blessings to the people of Somalia and Muslims all over the world as they celebrate the occasion of Eid and wished them health, progress, peace and prosperity.
